My vacation starts and ends in San Juan, Puerto Rico. San Juan has so much culture and history behind it and I can't wait to explore the Territory's Capital. With so much to see in San Juan and so little time; I had to narrow it down to a couple of destinations that simply could not go without seeing. Old San Juan is one of them. Being the oldest settlement in Puerto Rico, Old San Juan is a small, narrow Island located on the North Coast. Connecting Old San Juan to San Juan are three bridges which are surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean to the North and the San Juan Bay to the South. The city is known for their narrow blue cobblestone streets and flat-roofed brick/stone buildings dating all the way back to the 16th/17th century. With shops, restaurants, museums, historic buildings and overall gorgeous architecture, Old San Juan is definitely a place that cannot be missed. I am also going to do a San Juan Snorkel and Picnic Cruise Tour, which takes you to a private island by catamaran to enjoy breath taking coral reefs, snorkeling and gorgeous white sandy beaches.
