Making their first appearance at London Fashion Week in quite sometime, Sarah Burton, Creative Director of Alexander McQueen, showcased the Fall 2012 Collection at London Fashion Week. Not only were the clothes gorgeous and representing everything McQueen is known for but she also created a Fall like atmosphere by covering the runway with fallen leaves. Burton was quoted by saying this about the collection "A love story, a love of McQueen and a love of great British style — from military coats to overblown ball gowns." The collection featured coats, dresses, leather, plaid, lace, and bold colours, just to name a few, which all came together perfectly and created a well rounded wearable collection.
