What a night it was for Adele, not only being nominated and winning all 6 Grammy's, the artist made her first performance after under going surgery. Besides Beyonce, Adele is the only other female artist to win all categories in which she was nominate for. The very humbled Adele excepted each and every award graciously and appriciately, you could really tell she was grateful!
