Elizabeth Olsen is looking ultra chic on the red carpet at The Grand Chef's Dinner in NYC on April 16th. I am LOVING this Valentino frock Miss Olsen is wearing. She also topped it off with a bag from none other than The Row. Elizabeth is really taking after her sisters, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, in the fashion department.
