So... last night around 5:30pm, I got a phone call from my mom informing me that unfortunately my cruise got cancelled. Something to do with a faulty motor and not being about to repair it by the time our cruise was set to sail. So next resort, another cruise leaving the same day, with resulted in all being booked and no room for my mom and I. Third resort, changing our flights and leaving on the cruise another day, again resulting in all being booked up. Last resort, staying in San Juan for the entire 12 days I am away, which is no biggie... there is still ocean, beach and suntanning so I am in! We are now staying at the Hilton, El San Juan, which is a Casino and Resort. It is beach front and features a Starbucks and many other lounges, bars, restaurants and discos. Fingers crossed I have a ocean view room with a balcony! I know I know, I can't be too picky, we're lucky we even got a room on such short notice. Check out some pictures below of the resort, casino and gorgeous surroundings.
