My favorite part of any Fashion Week has come and gone, Chanel Fall 2012 Collection. Although I was expecting more glam and less sporty looks, it is still an unbelievable collection. The athletic inspired collection featured an abundance of tweed, layers, texture, colourful and metallic fabrics and bejewelled brows. Roomier silhouettes featured a more boxy fit and rounded shoulders. Also, tunic and dresses were worn over trousers, which I found to be a very interesting look. Pockets, patterns, pleats, beading, sheer fabrics and ruffle detailing completed the shapes and silhouettes with intricate detailing.
