Sarah Burton was quoted saying "a beautiful future, positivity, optimism", when asked about the collection. And that is exactly what the collection embodied, the future. The mix of fur and tulle played a major part in the over the top, McQueen-like collection. Notice how the skirts started out more tame and ended more exaggerated. Ending with tulle-filled gowns, barely showing any skin. The creativity was clear, Burton stated "I pushed myself more, it has to move forward." I'm sure the late Alexander McQueen was looking down on this Fall Collection being proud of the image and creativity his brand is carrying on today.
