With the anticipation of the upcoming release of The Hunger Games in theatres this month, the cast has been making their rounds at different Premiere Events. The starlet that has stood out the most for me has been Elizabeth Banks, Effie Trinket in the movie. Below are 2 of her Premiere looks that knocked my socks off.
