Marc Jacobs Fall 2013 - NYFW

Marc Jacobs ended New York Fall 2013 Fashion Week in signature style - sending the models out into a glowing sepia-lit runway two minutes before his show was set to begin. As photographers scrambled to shoot without flashes, models appeared with only black and white tones visible to the naked eye.  After one quick lap of the full collection, the lighting shifted and the models came back out for a second viewing - this time with the colors totally visible.  While fur suits might not be on everyone's shopping list for Fall, the designer's camel double-breasted coat, metallic-shot shift dresses, chunky cable knits, and swirling second-skin glided evening dresses are sure to be a major hit at retail.  as for the dsigner, he continues delighting us with new ideas, intriguing visuals and a rich aesthetic that grows every season." - fashionologie.com
