Kate Winslet wowed at the Investiture Ceremony held at Buckingham Palace in London today, being honoured with a CBE award by the Queen of England for her services to drama. Winslet was wearing a Alexander McQueen skirt suit with peplumed jacket, which on its own is AMAZING, however, the best part and what really caught my eye was her Natalie Ellner for Elsewhere feathered facsinator. Freshly highlighted up-do, naturel eye make-up, and a rosey lip were the finishing touches to her look.
