A heat wave in Toronto, calls for short skirts and t-shirts! I was so happy to leave my jacket at home and enjoy, possibly, the last hot day of the year. I decided to wear a vibrant blue cocktail dress with front and back cutout detailing and capped sleeves, nude gladiator sandals, signature stacked silver bracelets, pearl earrings and bracelet, dishevelled hair, soft pink lip, and black lined eyes.
