Tadashi Shoji Spring 2014 - NYFW

"Showing his sweet side for spring, Tadashi Shoji served a lineup of ladylike dresses that would be perfectly at home at a modern-day garden party. The mainly sherbet-inspired palette — mint green, lemon yellow and pale lavenders — was whipped into frothy confections using organza, often in an abstract plaid, as well as tulle and lace. There was a touch of retro in the full skirts and sheath dresses, which were often paired with an airy oversize crop top. The overall result was sometimes youthful but other times veered toward mother-of-the-bride." - wwd.com
