I am loving this gown Elle Fanning wore to the "Ginger and Rosa" Premiere at London's Film Festival Saturday evening at the Odeon West End. Fanning wore an amazing Rochas Resort floral gown with a sheer and lace high neckline, she compelted the look with a mint green cardigan covering her shoulders.
