These newly designed shoes by Dutch cordwainer René van den Berg and artist Leanie van der Vyver are truly a piece of art. Creating a shoe with the heal at the front and basically standing constantly on your toes. They named their fashion masterpiece "Scary Beautiful", which is ironically perfect, as these shoes look nothing but uncomfortable and impossible to walk in. Even though I'm sure we won't be seeing them on the streets of our favorite city or walking the catwalk or red carpet anytime soon it is nice to see designers/artists really pushing the boundaries of fashion and thinking way WAY outside the box.
