As NEON is making a come-back from its first major appearance in the 90's, it is really making an impact in the Spring 2012 Collections. Seen on all the International Runways and Streets across the world, designers can't seem to get enough of neon, whether it be shoes, clothes, accessories, nail polish, etc. it is everywhere and unavoidable.
