I am turning a new leaf, by eating healthy, working out and cutting back on the social drinking. I know I know it sounds horrible and a damper on my social life, but after a relaxing weekend of rest, yoga and heathly eating, I loved the way I felt and just want it to continue. Since hitting the gym isn't my favorite past time, I have decided to start up with Yoga again. Going to my second class tonight, I cant wait to get my YOGIE on! I recently started going to Tula, located in Liberty Village at 47 Fraser St. (King and Dufferin) and so far I love it! With other locations around Toronto, Tula is definitely a great studio!
