Home Made Vegetable Soup

Since I haven't been feeling 100% myself lately I decided to make some soup.  Soup always makes you feel better!  Since I am not the most experienced chef I decided on something simple, yet delicious.
Ingrediants: Onion, Carrotts, Potatoes, Celery, Can of Diced Tomatoes, Chick Peas, Bean Spouts, Chicken Stock, Salt, Pepper, Italian Spice, Garlic and Olive Oil

 1. Finely chop Garlic into paste form, add into pot with some olive oil
2. Chop one entire Onion, bag of Mini Carrots, bundle of Celery and put in the pot to cook.
3. Add can of Tomatoes and Chick Peas into mixture in pot
4. Add desired amount of Salt, Pepper and Italian Spice
5. Let veggies cook for approximately 5-10 mins to let flavours escape
6. Add Chicken Stock to the veggies (you may be required to use two pots, depending on how much soup you are making)
7. Let soup come to a boil
8. Chop Potatoes and once mixture has boiled add to soup
9. Let cook for a little then add the Bean Sprouts to the soup and let simmer for 20-30 mins.
10. Let cool, serve in bowl and enjoy.
