Katy Perry greeting her London fans on Tuesday while at the Premiere of her new 3D film, Katy Perry: Part of Me 3D by walking the red carpet with a Union Jack printed umbrella. After dropping the clashing accessory, Perry finished her walk down the carpet wearing a gorgeous Marchesa tulle and sequined tutu dress and razzle-dazzle Jimmy Choo sandals. She completed her look by pulling back her signature purple hair into slick back bun and a Union Jack cocktail ring and matching false eyelashes. LOVE LOVE LOVE Katy's look, I won't lie I kinda want to see her movie too... anyone else?
