Week 23 - Best Dressed

Beyonce seen walking around NYC in a Helmut Lang blazer, leather shorts, simple white undershirt, Alexander Wang handbag, pork-pie hat, mint green pumps, sunnies, and side swept do.  Laura Whitmore at the Investec Derby Festival in the UK wearing a Torn by Ronny Kobo dress with nude platforms, a beige and gold leaf straw fascinator, over sized nude clutch, soft curls, and a flawless day makeup look.

Blake Lively and Jessica Chastain at the 'Chime for Change: The Sound of Change Live' Concert in London both wearing Gucci frocks.  Lively paired her white Gucci with Christian Louboutin toe-capped pumps, Lorraine Schwartz jewellery, messy up-do, and a rose lip.  Chastain completed her black Gucci with Christian Louboutin spiked stilettos, side-swept curls, and a smokey eye.

At this year's CFDA Fashion Awards in NYC Olivia Palermo wore a Dennis Basso 20's inspired frock with a Zara clutch, Zara lace-up shoeties, gold waist band, leaf necklace, simple up-do, and barely there makeup.  While Cody Horn wore a high-low Michael Kors dress with Manolo Blahnik sandals, dramatic smokey eye, wet-like sleek hair, and a nude lip.  Jessica Stam wore a yellow Rebecca Minkoff peplum dress with matching neon platforms, bold earrings, necklace, and bangle, see-threw clutch, curled up-do bob, smokey eye. and a blush lip.

Also at the CFDA Fashion Awards: Mary-Kate Olsen wearing Vintage Issey Miyake, with dangling earrings, box clutch, black ankle strap shoes, messy bun, and natural makeup.  Jessica Hart wearing a Rachel Roy white leather body suit and lace pencil skirt ensemble with mini-clutch, metallic stilettos, beaded bracelet, tasselled hair, and a bronze eye/nude lip combo.  Rooney Mara wore a black high-low hemmed Calvin Klein dress with Brian Atwood sandals, side-part do, rose lip, and a touch of mascara.

Rachel Bilson wearing Chanel to the Chanel Dinner for NRDC 'A Celebration of Art, Nature and Technologie' in LA.  Completing her H2T look were Shoemint strappy sandals, kohl rimmed eyes, messy braided ponytail, and a nude lip.  Angelina Jolie wearing a strapless Ralph & Russo cocktail dress to the Berlin Premiere of 'World War Z' with matching white stilettos, flawless natural makeup, fresh blow-out, and amazing metallic gold waist detailing.  Taylor Swift wearing Dolce & Gabbana at the 2013 CMT Music Festival in Nashville.  Swift completed her look with nude sandals, floral toned makeup, and soft curled hair.

Juana Acosta wore a Zuhair Murad jumpsuit to the Union de Actores Awards in Spain with gold Jimmy Choo's, Barada clutch, soft curled do, and youthful makeup.  Rita Ora wearing Marchesa to the 2013 Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London.  Completing her look is a pointy-toed stiletto, a nude lip, intense smokey eye, and bouffant-like up-do.

Also at the 2013 Glamour Women of the Year Awards were Rashida Jones and Mollie King.  Jones wore Erdem floral print "pyjama" ensemble with black and metallic pumps, black clutch, bold red lip, and banging up-do.  King went with a sheer panelled Louis Heal red gown with nude pumps, black box clutch, waist belt, soft curls, pink-nude lip, and subtle smokey eye.

Dianna Argon attended the LA Premiere of "The Bling Ring" wearing a black Louis Vuitton teared frock with Sofia Coppola for Louis Vuitton clutch, black ankle strap Louis Vuitton sandals, french twist-like up-do, bronze eye shadow, and a nude lip.  Kristen Bell at the CMT Music Awards wearing a black leather Zuhair Murad laser-cut dress with black stilettos, lightly tasselled hair, a subtle smoky eye, and a nude lip.

Chanel Iman and Samantha Barks both attended The Royal Academy Of Arts Summer Exhibition 2013 in London, while Iman wore a black one-shoulder Ermanno Scervino gown with pin-straight hair, and black sandals.  Barks wore a white lace Dolce & Gabban cocktail dress with black sash, fuchsia sling-back sandals, black and white drop earrings, natural makeup, and a simple up-do.
