With 19 medals in Michael Phelps' 8 year Olympic run he can now call himself the most decorated Olympic Athlete in history with an astonishing 19 Olympic Medals. 8 in Sydney, 8 in Beijing and so far 3 in London. I would be as excited as Phelps is in the photo above if I had that many medals...
