My all time favourite part of any Fashion Week let alone Paris Fashion Week is always the Chanel Couture show. Karl Lagerfeld is a genius with designing gorgeous, unwearable pieces that every fashion lover, whether female or male, wants to wear, touch, and/or see. For his F/W 2013 Collection Karl wanted to showcase Coco Chanel's classic designs while modernizing them at the same time, naming it "New Vintage". The perfect example of this "new vintage" theme was evident in the manipulation of the Classic Chanel Tweed Jacket, adding tulle, cinching the waist, adding metallic belts and even creating a double breasted version, some outfits were even completed with his signature fingerless gloves in metallic.
