What's For Dinner Tonight: Turkey Soup

It's the dead of Winter and there's nothing better than curling up on the couch, watching a great chick flick, and enjoying a homemade bowl of Soup! And this Turkey Soup is not only yummy and filling, it is also extremely healthy and super cheap to whip together! I had used left over Turkey from dinner the night before so I only needed to buy the Veggies and Broth, which was less than $8.50! You could also use Chicken, if you have some left over or prefer Chicken to Turkey. (Just bake the Chicken for 20 minutes at 450 degrees.) Overall I highly recommend this Soup for multiple reasons, you won't be disappointed, I can promise you that!
Happy Cooking and Eating!

Ingredients:
1. Turkey - 2 Breasts Shredded
2. White Potato - 4 Chopped
3. Carrots - 4 Chopped
4. Celery - 4 Stocks Chopped
5. Kale - 1 Cup Chopped
6. Onion - 1 Chopped
7. Diced Tomato - 1 28oz Can
8. Chicken Broth - 5 Cups
9. Salt & Pepper - To Taste

4. After you let simmer for approximately 20 minutes add in Shredded Turkey Breasts and continue to simmer for another 20-30 minutes.
5. Plate and Enjoy!

Mini Review: Macadamia Professional Weightless Moisture Maque

Extra! Extra! Read all about it! Macadamia Professional makes THE BEST Hair Mask!
I feel as though this discovery for me is pretty much the same way people felt when Neil Armstrong walked on the moon for the first time! Honestly, Macadamia Professional's Weightless Moisture Masque is THAT life changing! I started using the Weightless Moisture Masque approximately 4 months ago and have been using it on a weekly basis ever since. I use to have extremely dry (more straw-like) hair with constantly breaking split ends, all due to over heat styling and this mask has transformed my hair tremendously, like night and day difference! Also, my hair has grown a significant amount since I started used it, which is even more exciting because I always thought my hair just wouldn't grow! The exclusive Pro Oil Complex used in conjunction with Key Ingredients: Macadamia Oil, Argan Oil, Coconut Oil, Walnut Oil, Humectants, and Vitamin E are the main reasons why this mask will transform your hair from drab to fab! Also, every single Key Ingredient helps with either Moisturizing, Strengthening, or overall Hair Health, all while being uncommonly lightweight (this product is made for Baby-Fine to Fine hair people). Also, the Weightless Moisture Masque is Sulfates-Free, Parabens-Free, Gluten-Free, Colour Safe, and (most importantly) Cruelty-Free! Honestly, doesn't this Masque just sound dreamy, I am actually thinking of hopping in the shower now to use it! And once you're in there all you need is 5-10 minutes to let it absorb and do its thang. Then you'll have hair as hydrated and strong as mine! As you can tell I can't say enough about the Macadamia Professional Weightless Moisture Masque other than I'm sad because I'm almost out!

NOTE: You can purchase Macadamia Professional Products on Amazon.ca (by Macadamia Natural Oil), and Amazon.ca is on Ebates, which means Cash Back! Who doesn't love putting money back into their wallet?  If you haven't signed up for Ebates yet click HERE!

Jessica Biel Is Rocking The 2017 Red Carpet

It's been a big week of appearances for Jessica Biel, who usually stays away from the lime light, and I'm not complaining! This time Biel walked the Red Carpet for The Grove, LA Screening of her upcoming film "The Book Of Love' wearing this amazing jumpsuit with embroidered blouse. Keeping accessories, hair, and make up simple, Biel finished off her look with a black box clutch, kohl lined eyes, peach glossy lips, and soft center-parted waves. And we can't forget about her most important accessory, husband Justin Timberlake, who wasn't looking to bad himself!

Short Hair Don't Care

Nina Dobrev walked the White Carpet at the London Premiere of "xXx: The Return Of Xander Cage" showcasing a brand new short do, and boy does she look sensational! Dobrev really played up her flirty new do with the help of this turquoise patterned cocktail dress and the most perfect complimentary golden clutch and pumps. Completing her H2T look was a subtle bronze smokey eye, nude-pink lip, and sun-kissed tan. If Nina doesn't make you want to change up your personal style or look in 2017, I don't know who will.

Ashlee's No Longer "Living In The Shadow"

It has been a while since seeing Ashlee Simpson Ross on the Red Carpet and looking this amazing! Ashlee attended the 10th Annual Art Of Elysium Heaven Gala on January 7th in Los Angeles wearing this amazing lace dress with sheer flowy cape, black choker, and black stilettos. Keeping with the black trend, Ashlee opted for a dramatic smokey eye and nude lip combo, and simple straight ear-tucked blowout. I can't wait to see what Ashlee wears next.

Book Review: "Small Great Things"

When I found out Jodi Picoult was releasing a new book late last year I was so excited to get my nose in another great read by one of my all time favourite authors and "Small Great Things" was no disappointment! "Small Great Things" takes you on a wild adventure through racism, death, revenge, and ultimately the power of unconscious doubt. Ruth, a Labour and Delivery Nurse with over 20 years of experience, finds herself in an unexpected situation where her patients, white supremacists, request to have Ruth dismissed from their care due to her race. When an unimaginable event happens to the couples newborn, Ruth has to make a quick decision whether to preform CPR or listen to the patent's wishes. When tragedy strikes Ruth ends up on trial with a white public defender who doesn't believe in bringing race into the courtroom. To see how everything turns out for Ruth be sure to pick up a copy of "Small Great Things" by clicking HERE. I promise you, you won't be able to put this one down. It's another masterpiece by the great Jodi Picoult! I can't wait to read her next book!

Ouuu... I love me some lace!

Kaley Cuoco rocked the Red Carpet at the LA Premiere of "Why Him" wearing this whimsical white lace and sheer frock, which I am completely in love with. Number 1 the lace is gorgeous and number 2 I love the ruffle-like detailing throughout the skirt and the scalped edge t-shirt and high neck, simply beautiful. I however am not the biggest fan of her accessories, the chunky metallic shoes and white and silver box clutch were a little hard for me, if she went with a metallic strappy sandal, even if it had a chunky heel, and a matching metallic box clutch, I feel the look would have been softer and a little more complementary. Cuoco completed her look with soft waved hair, a dramatic smokey eye, and a nude-pink lip, which is Rebecca approved, unlike those accessories. What do you think of this look, love it or hate it. Leave me a comment!
