Leighton Meester in Vogue China

Being featured in Vogue China's August Issue is not to shabby for the Gossip Girl star, Leighton Meester.  She posed in front of Stockton Johnson at Shanghai's Peninsula Hotel, wearing some of the industries top designers such as Chanel, Gucci and Shiatzy Chen and jewels of course by Harry Winston.  I am loving this spread, Leighton looks incredible. 

Dolce & Gabbana Fall/Winter 2013 Campaign

 How amazing is the new Fall/Winter 2013 Ad Campaign for Dolce and Gabbana.  I am loving the Italian family feel and how it looks like they are in actual situations having a ton of fun.  The baroque prints, black lace and gold embellishment that became D&G's staple throughout the collection was definitely front and center, however it didn't compare to the beautiful models, Monica Bellucci, Bianca Balti, and Bianca Brandolini, who are featured in the campaign.

New YSL Logo...

The new "Saint Laurent" logo has been leaked... I really think it looks strange without the Yves in front of it.  We'll just have to wait and see how the rest of the world embraces the new and apparently improved YSL, I mean SL??  What do you think?  Will the brand maintain the same prestige going forward?

Katie Holmes Covers C Magazine

Hello Katie Holmes, is it just me or is she looking hotter and hotter after her very recent divorce with Tom Cruise?  Katie covers the September Issue of C Magazine, which was shot only a week before Holmes filed for divorce.  The Dawson Creek star seemed very unsure and all over the place while being interview, clearly she had bigger more important things on her mind.  What do you think of Katie's new magazine spread?  I will say that her new freedom is really doing marvelous things for her!

Hannah Simone wearing a tribal printed Bibhu Mohapatra Resort 2013 cocktail dress with Sergio Rossi satin pumps.  The SYTYCD Host, Cat Deeley, wore a floral print, one-shoulder Matthew Williamson dress, she paired it with sky-high Christian Louboutain sandals, drop earrings and box clutch.

Lea Michele wore a blush coloured, long sleeve Emilio Pucci cocktail dress.  Michele paired it with bronze  satin Brian Atwood pumps and a Cathy Waterman ring.  Normally opting for a more in your face sexy look, this plunging neck line and open back really makes Lea's look more classy sexy!

Ann Taylor Fall/Winter Campaign

 Kate Hudson is back as the face of Ann Taylor's Fall/Winter 2013 Campaign.  The new mom is looking gorgeous in some of Ann Taylor's statement pieces every woman needs in her closet this coming season.  The campaign was shot by Tom Munro at the Carven Estate and was inspired by Paris in the 1960s.  A quote directly from Kate said "Fall is always my favorite season. I love layers and Ann Taylor is really going for more color and prints and fashion and stepping out of the box for their company…Ann Taylor isn’t afraid of a little sexiness. I think it’s about a working woman who can own her own sensuality."

The Bachelorette Season Finale

Who watched The Bachelorette last night, common, I know I'm not the only one!  I will say though that I did struggle sitting through 3 hours of Finale goodness and even fell asleep during "After the Final Rose".  However, I was wide awake and didn't miss one minute of the 2 hour Season Finale.  From her letting Ari go at the beginning of their final date, to Jef meeting Ricky it was a full 2 hours of drama and excitement.  Emily couldn't have looked more beautiful when waiting for her future Hubby-to-be, wearing a Jean Fares peach gladiator inspired gown.  The movement the bottom of the dress gave with the wind was amazing, and the bodice was stunning with all the embellishment and sequins.  Her hair was tasseled perfectly and simply accessories and make-up were the perfect finishing touches.  The happy couple kissed and exchanged "I love yous" while Emily wore an AMAZING Neil Lane stunner.  Who wouldn't say yes to the reported $90.000 blinged out ring?

I wish them all the best and hope they don't follow in most of The Bachelors/Bachelorettes footsteps and dont' make it down the isle.  Hopefully, Emily did learn from last time with Brad and this time it is real and forever.
