Zuhair Murad Fall 2013 Couture - Paris Couture Week

'While some couturiers found inspiration in the garden this season, Zuhair Murad turned his attention to the woods. His Fall 2013 Couture collection is called "Enchanted Forest," and the thoroughly decorated gowns and suits in it fit that description to a tee. The green beading of a long-sleeved cocktail dress perfectly telegraphed the moss that collects on tree trunks, and embroidered vines and branches stretched across more than a few gowns.  But while their inspiration might have been rustic, these dresses were sophisticated and undeniably glamorous. It stands to reason that more than a few of these pieces will make their way to the red carpet." - fashionologie.com

Viktor & Rolf Fall 2013 Couture - Paris Couture Week

It's been thirteen years since Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren were on the Couture calendar. They staged their comeback tonight in honor of their label's twentieth anniversary—"there's no better way to celebrate," Rolf said, adding that it was also an effort to "divide our wearable side and our conceptual side." - style.com
